| Winette (Staff) |
Winette Hubregtse, together with Ingrid Wilts, started to develop the vision for Mto Moyoni in 2003. Winette and Ingrid are facilitating the programmes, together with a growing team of Ugandan ministry workers. Winette is also responsible for the programme planning and the running of the centre. Winette is a member of Africa Inland Mission. National staff is taking care of the catering, officework, gardens and housekeeping.
